For my first use, I set the gap between the rollers to 0.030", started the mill, then poured in the grain - and the mill stopped cold. It seems that the mill can't grind that fine in one pass. So, I set the roller gap to 0.050", ran the malt through once. I then set the gap to 0.030" and ran the malt through again, this time without a problem.
